Factory Replacement Hoses: Fuel and oil hoses on many makes and model vehicles are now obsolete. Because of the unique pre-bent, uniquely shaped manifold ends, the hoses are very difficult to remake from standard available parts. The way we generally deal with this is to remove the factory ends and refit modern 30R9 specification fuel hose and re-crimp the factory hose ends. The result is a better than standard replacement. Price varies based on time and materials. The hoses pictured are from a 90's era Mercedes with the last available new cost of 400 for the three shown. These were rebuilt for 250. This hose is a result of working with BMW bike owners to come up with a solution to a problem: The fixed hard line makes it difficult to service the water pump and other closely placed components on the popular BMW F650 type enduro motorcycles. We make these using high specification –AN type stainless covered hose and alloy fittings. Hoses are covered with black high temperature silicone fire sleeve for additional durability and longevity. This is our new, direct fit, high-performance oil cooler for the Nissan GT-R (R35) 2009+ US/JDM, and European models. Cooler features a heavy duty bar/plate core with increased surface area over the somewhat fragile and exceedingly expensive (+$3,000) OEM tube/fin cooler. Our GTR oil cooler is a complete plug-and-play solution which attaches to factory hoses and mounting point; optionally the fluid connections are internally threaded for M22 x –AN unions (-10 or -12); this makes it suitable for use with aftermarket –AN hose/fitting assemblies. With the ever increasing amounts of power customers are getting out of the GT-R type engines, keep in mind oil coolers should always be replaced after engine failures, also if using high volume/pressure oil pumps, our cooler is also capable of operating at +50psi over the standard cooler.
